* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 145 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that as much as 1 to 3 inches of rain has already fallen today, or yet will fall in parts of the Advisory area within the next hour. As a result, mainly minor flooding is likely ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the Advisory area. Fortunately, very little additional rain is expected through most of this afternoon into early evening, which should allow excessive runoff to gradually recede. However, additional heavy rain is possible this evening and overnight, which could result in additional flooding issues. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
