* WHERE...Coastal waters from Pt. St. George to Cape Mendocino CA out 10 nm.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from midnight Friday night to noon PDT Saturday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 AM Friday to midnight PDT Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
