* WHAT...Temperatures will fall into the lower to middle 30s will result in frost formation. Some of the typical colder spots may drop a few degrees below freezing for a couple hours around sunrise.

* WHERE...Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas, Florence, and Forest Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
