* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 931 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, Millersport, Pleasantville, Fairfield Beach, Thurston, Carroll, Rushville, West Rushville and Dumontville.
