* At 327 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 8 NM northwest of Altamaha Sound to 23 NM south of Tug Rio Caroni, moving northeast at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include... Grays Reef Buoy, Tug Rio Caroni, D R H Buoy, John Bird, Sapelo Buoy S, Steel Barge Modena, K T K Buoy, Buoy B H, A L T Buoy, Sapelo Channelbuoy 3, Doboy Sound Buoy D, R2 Tower and Altamaha Sound.
