For the Gale Warning, east winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 18 to 23 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 17 to 22 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST today. For the Gale Warning, from noon today to noon AKST Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from noon to 6 PM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
