* At 500 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over The Cell, moving east at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include... Great Machipongo Inlet, Hole In The Wall, Nassawadox Reef, Sand Shoal Inlet, Wolf Trap, The Cell, Cherrystone Reef, and Quinby Inlet.
