* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows are possible.
* WHERE...Gold Mountain burn scar in Ouray County, Colorado...
* WHEN...Until 700 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Storms producing excessive rainfall are developing upstream and near the Gold Mountain Burn Scar. Excessive rain is possible and could lead to flash flooding and/or debris flows, particularly along highway 550 between Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 551 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms south of the burn scar. Flash flooding and debris flows remain possible in Cutler and Dexter Creek drainages. - Cutler and Dexter Creek drainages is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dexter and Cutler Creek and nearby areas along Highway 550 - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
