* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1121 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 3.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
