* Flash Flood Warning for... Jackson County in southern Mississippi...

* Until 530 PM CDT.

* At 231 PM CDT, local law enforcement dispatch reported impassable flooded roads in D'Iberville. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Ocean Springs, Moss Point, Escatawpa, St. Martin, Gautier, Vancleave, Hickory Hills, Wade, Helena, Big Point, Hurley, Gulf Park Estates, Gulf Hills and Latimer.
