* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following area, Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Nodaway and Worth.

* WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Wednesday through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rainfall anticipated with cumulative totals approaching 2 or more inches in most areas. Some areas may receive 4 or more inches. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
