* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected at times into this evening. Heavy rainfall may occur where thunderstorms are the most persistent, resulting in flooding.
