* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 804 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms with rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen so far between Grand Ridge and Ransom. Additional rounds of rainfall are expected shortly. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
