* WHEN...For the Dense Smoke Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 AM Monday to 2 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
