Spring River near Quapaw affecting Ottawa County.

Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce.

* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, widespread flooding occurs along the Neosho River. Riverview Park becomes inundated and access roads to the Ottawa County Fairgrounds will be closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0 feet early Sunday afternoon. The river will then remain above 21 feet through Monday before beginning to fall. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
