At 729 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 17 nm southwest of Port St. Joe to 13 nm northwest of Empire Mica Wreck, moving northeast at 15 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
