* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 103 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.
