* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rio Grande River at Eagle Pass.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, (6.4 meters), Water reaches Ryan Street above Shelby Park. River flow is to the edge of the bluff on the left bank at Eagle Pass. Livestock in the flood plain can be trapped and drowned. Any equipment in the flood plain will be flooded or damaged.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:00 PM CDT Friday was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.6 feet this evening.
