* WHERE...Central Union NC County in the piedmont of North Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 115 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1145 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms has ended. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area due to runoff from earlier heavy rainfall. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
