* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 724 AM EDT, Area stream gage reports were indicating lingering out of bank conditions across portions of the Pacolet and Lawsons Fork basins. After a 3 to 6 inch storm total rainfall, excessive runoff and high water conditions will linger across much of central and northern Spartanburg County through at least midday. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
