Flood Warning

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana...

White River at Noblesville.

White River at Anderson.

White River at Muncie.

White River below Eagle Valley Power Plant.

.Major flooding is occurring on the upper White River at Muncie and Anderson. Record flooding is forecast for Anderson. Additional heavy rainfall is possible tonight, and amounts of 1.5 to over 2 inches were included in the river forecasts for the upper White. Locally higher amounts could bring higher crests and longer flooding.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Noblesville.

* WHEN...Until late Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Allisonville Road and E 146th Street just south of Noblesville begins to flood. Residences and business on northwest side of E 146th Street begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.4 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
