* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in south central Kentucky, Laurel and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Clay and Knox.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 431 PM EDT, Trained weather spotters reported flooding in Corbin. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... London, Lily, Dorthae, North Corbin, McHargue, Fariston, Moore Hill, Lynn Camp, Keavy, London-Corbin Airport, Barton, Levi Jackson S.P., Sublimity City, Gray, Woodbine, Hightop, Vox, Lesbas, Bertha Station and Wilton.
