* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The Water Plant takes precautions on water well pump houses west of the Arkansas River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
