* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Annette Island and Ketchikan Gateway Borough.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 6 PM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected over the area late Monday morning through the afternoon. Isolated gusts to around 55 mph are possible especially at higher elevations.
