* WHEN...From 3 PM Monday to 5 AM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Easterly winds are expected to build through the day Monday. A wind shift is expected to accompany the strongest winds Monday night with isolated gusts up to 55 mph possible.
