* WHEN...Until 645 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 440 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. - Portions of Pine Creek 20 miles south of Pine Valley is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
