At 1001 AM EDT, Radar indicates that between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since last night. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area as heavier showers and thunderstorms move in from the west. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Huntington, Bluffton, Decatur, Berne, Ossian, Geneva, Andrews, Markle, Monroe, Lancaster, Preble, Nottingham, Zanesville, Willshire, Uniondale, Wren, Poneto, Vera Cruz, Murray and North Oaks.
