* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The remnants of Hurricane Isaias will continue to produce widespread rain through this afternoon. Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are likely for parts of the area this afternoon and evening, some of which could contain heavy rain. The tropical environment will support efficient rainfall rates at times.
