* WHEN...Until 715 AM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 AM ChST, Satellite estimates indicate heavy rain from thunderstorms in the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita, Umatac, Sinapalo and Songsong. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
