* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM PDT this evening. Gale Watch, from Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
