At 936 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of showers, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and weak waterspouts. This cluster of showers is generally located along a line extending from Caillou Bay to 10 nm south of Louisiana Offshore Oil Port, moving east at 15 knots.
