* WHERE...Palau and Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Typhoon Bavi moves farther away from Yap and Palau, seas and winds will continue to improve, allowing for seas to fall below threshold combined seas of 10 feet as early as Friday.
