* Flash Flood Warning for... Doddridge County in northern West Virginia... West Central Harrison County in northern West Virginia... Tyler County in northern West Virginia... Pleasants County in northwestern West Virginia... Northeastern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 715 AM EDT.

* At 417 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... St. Marys, Middlebourne, Salem, Sistersville, Pennsboro, West Union, Matamoras, Ellenboro, Friendly, Mountain, Alma, Greenwood, Wick, Canton, Smithburg, Lima, Hebron, Blandville, Highland and New Milton.

This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 38 and 66.
