* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in north central Illinois, De Kalb. In northeast Illinois, DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 159 AM CDT, Emergency management and public reports of flooding from heavy rainfall due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
