* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, including the following areas, the Palmer Divide and adjacent plains through eastern Elbert and Lincoln counties.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A surge of tropical moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Polo and a storm system will bring a threat of flooding into our area late Tuesday night through Thursday morning. Periods of heavy rainfall may lead to totals of 1.5 to 3 inches in the watch area, with locally higher amounts in excess of 4 inches possible.
