At 337 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Pope AAF, or 8 miles northwest of Fort Bragg. These storms were nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
