* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 11 to 12 ft. For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12 to 16 ft expected.
* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision from 15 to 90 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST today. For the Gale Warning, from noon today to 6 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
