* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Central Athens County in southeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring in some areas. Low-water crossings could be inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1015 PM EDT, flooding is ongoing in some locations with several roads closed across the area due to lingering high water. Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicate between 1.75 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier this morning. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
