* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until midnight EDT tonight. For the Gale Warning, from midnight tonight to 10 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
