* WHAT...Minor to locally moderate tidal flooding is expected around the times of high tide from Saturday into Sunday.

* WHERE...The Hudson River in Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Putnam counties in southeastern New York...

* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor to locally moderate tidal flooding in low lying areas along the river around the times of high tide.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 612 AM EDT, Water levels along the Hudson River will increase with successive high tide cycles. The worst flooding is expected with the Saturday morning high tide. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
