IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Chillicothe, Eureka, Lacon, Washington, Metamora, Germantown Hills, Henry, Minonk, Roanoke, Rome, Toluca, Washburn, Goodfield, Congerville, Spring Bay, Benson, Sparland, Varna, Secor, and Edelstein.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 39 between mile markers 17 and 31. Interstate 74 between mile markers 111 and 116.
