* WHERE...Portions of northeast Illinois, including the following county, Will and northwest Indiana, including the following counties, Lake IN and Porter.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 842 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
