* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1019 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen over the last several hours. Ongoing storms with 2 to 3 inch per hour rainfall rates could continue over the warned area for the next hour or two. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
