* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Water affects driveways and gravel access roads in Augusta.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 8.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Friday morning and continue rising to a crest of 19.9 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
