* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 4 PM AKDT Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM Friday to 1 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
