* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Stretches of North Brownsville Road are impacted, with water approaching some homes in Brownsville. In addition, flooding impacts Paddocks Ford Bridge on Clifton Road near Yankee Town.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early this morning and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
