* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following counties, Chase, Frontier, Hayes and Lincoln.

* WHEN...Through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in precipitation is expected though the overnight hours. Later today, as moisture arrives from the remnants of Hurricane Polo, additional heavy rainfall will be possible, especially mid-morning into tonight across Hayes, Frontier, and the southern portions of Lincoln county. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
