At 259 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Federal, or 19 miles northwest of Cheyenne, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include... Happy Valley, Federal, Table Mountain Ranches, Rocking Star Ranch, Silver Sage Estates, Whitaker, Crystal Lake Reservoir, Curt Gowdy State Park, Ranchettes, and Cheyenne Pass.
