* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 655 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Flag Creek, Turkey Creek, Spring Creek, Deep Creek, Plum Creek, Elm Creek, Sacramento Creek, Swartz Creek and School Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bertrand, Loomis, Atlanta and Smithfield.
