* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River near Watts.

* WHEN...From late tonight to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, minor flooding occurs from the Arkansas border to near Fidler's Bend. Extreme turbulence makes the river unsafe for floating.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
